Advaron forced pilot quick open, quick closed valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, diaphragm, seals,two position three way electromagnetic valve, check valve and other components. Its working principle is:
When the pressure difference is small in the valve entrance, the valve seat on the valve is still closed by the force ofthe spring, diaphragm and seal, then the two position three way valve connect the valve entrance and upper chamber.

When the valve entrance has medium pressure, leading to the upper chamber, the diaphragm is formed up high and under low differential pressure, which pushes the diaphragm, seals to move downward pressure in the valve closed by valve.
When the two position three-way electromagnetic valve is energized, the system shutoff the valve entrance and passage
in the upper chamber, and connects the upper chamber, check valve and the valve outlet.
